RIMSA develops advanced solutions for X-ray radiation protection designed to integrate seamlessly into surgical, interventional, and diagnostic environments. RIMSA designs and manufactures X-ray radiation protection systems specifically developed for surgical suites, hybrid operating rooms, and interventional X-ray imaging rooms. Our radioprotective shielding solutions are engineered to reduce exposure to scattered radiation during fluoroscopy-guided procedures and intraoperative imaging, while naturally fitting into the clinical workflow. X-ray protection screens can be custom-made using shielding acrylic, glass, or leaded glass, with various levels of X-ray shielding, to meet the operational needs of each clinical setting and ensure effective protection without compromising visibility or ergonomics.

RIMSA solutions include mobile radioprotective screens on wheels, ceiling- and wall-mounted systems with single or multiple arms, as well as advanced configurations with dual independent screens for the simultaneous protection of multiple operators. X-ray protection systems can be integrated into multifunction suspended structures together with surgical lights, medical monitors, cameras, and accessories, optimizing space and improving room organization.
